Celtic will look to continue their winning streak in the Scottish Premiership when they take on Aberdeen at home tonight. With the summer transfer window already closed in most of the major European footballing nations, the Hoops might not make many more additions either.
The Hoops officially announced three transfers on English deadline day, as they brought in Oliver Sorensen on loan from Parma and, as for the departures, Reo Hatate and Johnny Kenny moved on permanent transfers to Burnley and Preston North End respectively.
However, the Celts have made a triple announcement of their own today, bringing in Sam Johnstone, Shim Mheuka and Landon Emenalo on loan for the season.
Sorensen could make his Parkhead debut against Aberdeen tonight. He has been named on the bench for the game against the Dons.
Given the visitors’ recent form, the Celts should look to get all three points in their bag tonight and keep hold of their top spot in the league table.

Kasper Hogh, Kieran Teirney, Callum Osmand and Alistair Johnston are yet to recover from their respective injuries and will remain sidelined for tonight’s game.
But apart from the arrival of Sorensen from Parma, O’Neill will also be relieved to get Callum McGregor back and ready to play against the Dons tonight, as the Hoops look to shake off their Champions League disaster with a more convincing win than the one against Falkirk last Saturday.
